I'm pursuing my master's in Computer Science with a focus on Systems Engineering at Western Governors University. Currently, I work as a Technology Field Captain at The Home Depot, managing tech infrastructure and deployment projects across 9 Toronto stores. I also contribute to our associate committee, helping out with web development and tech deliverables. I'm passionate about Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Machine Learning, and I'm looking to explore new opportunities in these fields.
My favorite languages for systems programming, software engineering, and data analysis.
My preferred technologies for front-end web development and component design.
My preferred technologies for back-end web programming and database architecture.
My favorite tools for version control, code editing, and container orchestration.
I developed and designed an app using Python and Tkinter for the GUI. This application was hosted locally for ease of distribution to team members. This website showcased how Python can be used to solve real-world problems that field technicians face on a daily basis.
Inspired by the recent surge in wildfires and floods, our team developed a web app at NewHacks 2024 that detects extreme weather alerts by scraping news articles and weather APIs. Powered by a Python backend, the app sends customized emails to subscribers, providing real-time notifications of natural disasters in their area.
Check it out!During 'Hack the Aisle' 2025, I led project coordination for a 10-person cross-functional team developing a QR-code retail assistance solution for the Canadian market. I facilitated daily standups, managed task prioritization, and ensured seamless communication between FE/BE developers, architects, UX designers, and QAs to deliver a working prototype to senior management within the 3-day timeframe. This experience strengthened my project coordination skills and expanded my proficiency with the Atlassian Suite for agile project management.
