I am a student in the School of Technology at Western Governors University, pusuing a masters degree. I am majoring in Computer Science with a specialization in Systems Engineering. I also currently work as a Technology Field Captain at The Home Depot, where I manage store infrastructure and deployment projects across 9 high-volume Toronto stores. I'm involved in the Technology voice of the assoicate committee where I use my software engineering skills to assist with web development, and deliverables for the committee. I developed and designed an app using Python and Tkinter for the GUI. This application was hosted locally for ease of distribution to team members. This website showcased how Python can be used to solve real-world problems that field technicians face on a daily basis.
Inspired by the recent surge in wildfires and floods, our team developed a web app at NewHacks 2024 that detects extreme weather alerts by scraping news articles and weather APIs. Powered by a Python backend, the app sends customized emails to subscribers, providing real-time notifications of natural disasters in their area.

I created a web application for tracking the spread of COVID-19. Using Johns Hopkins University Center For Systems Science and Engineering API, the website processes the COVID-19 data to create statistical projections through graphs and charts.

I developed a CLI system for accounting management and financial statement maintenance. The purpose of the system is to maintain a record of the funds received, used, disseminated and donated by an organization. Details of transactions and maintenance of a budget and tallying of current balance/inventory in cash/kind is incorporated in this system.
